District Overview

The District of Kent is nestled between the towering Cascades in the Upper Fraser Valley where a few small communities reside together forming a population of about 6,000. Our trade area reaches nearly 8,300 persons and situated only 120km from Vancouver and 282km from Kelowna, a 90-minute drive in any direction brings you to a total of 3 million people. Two highways and CP Rail bring millions of visitors to the District of Kent each year. Industry, real estate, services, government, education, tourism, and trade can all be found here with undeveloped land serviced and ready to go.  The District area covers approximately 222 kilometers square of land.
